This Shipping Policy applies to all products purchased from Pretty Magical Stuff 
Shipment processing time is 3-4 weeks 
All orders are processed within 20 to 30 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. 
Expect potential delays during high order volumes, and allow extra transit time. Significant delays will be communicated via email. 
Shipping rates and delivery estimates 
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Use the table below as a template for displaying estimated delivery times and costs:

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. 
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses 
Prettymagicalstuff.com ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. 
Shipment confirmation and order tracking 
A shipment confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order ships, with the tracking number becoming active within [Number] hours. 
Customs, duties, and taxes 
Prettymagicalstuff.com is not responsible for international customs, duties, or taxes. Customers are responsible for all fees incurred during or after shipping. 
Damages 
Prettymagicalstuff.com is not liable for shipping damages or loss. If your order is damaged, contact the carrier to file a claim, saving all packaging and damaged items. 
International shipping policy 
We currently do not ship outside the USA. If you offer international shipping, provide details about the countries you ship to and any associated fees or taxes. 
Incorrect shipping addresses and refused delivery 
We attempt to validate shipping addresses. If an address cannot be validated, we will contact the customer for an update. If an update isn't possible, the order will be canceled and refunded. Pretty Magical Stuff is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. 
Missing or stolen shipments 
If your tracking shows delivery but you haven't received your order, contact the carrier to report the missing package and then us to file a claim with the carrier.
